SwapFace Bot is a Telegram bot with a web mini app for face swapping on photos and videos (deepfake-style). You prepare two inputs: a face photo to use as the source and a target photo or video where the face will be replaced.
The process runs inside a web interface opened from Telegram. You upload the source face first, then submit the target media. The same flow works for both still images and video clips.
Processing is billed in tokens with clear rules: 1 token per second of video, and 2 tokens per photo. This makes the expected cost predictable before starting a render.
