ITO is a Web3 platform for secure peer‑to‑peer deals around Telegram channels and ad placements, built on the TON blockchain. It works as an escrow layer: funds are locked in a smart contract until the agreed conditions are met.
The mini app supports buying and selling Telegram channels and running paid ad placements. One side defines the deal terms such as price, format and timing. The counterparty sends payment to an on-chain escrow instead of paying directly.
When channel transfer or ad delivery is verified, the smart contract releases funds to the seller or publisher. If a deal is canceled or not fulfilled according to the agreed rules, the logic of the contract allows funds to be returned to the buyer.
ITO operates fully inside Telegram while using TON as the settlement layer. Public docs describe integration details, deal lifecycle and escrow mechanics, which is useful for agencies, channel owners and advertisers working with Telegram inventory.
