ENERG M is a Telegram mini app for workouts, nutrition checks and challenge-style progress. Its main fitness screen shows Fitness Energy and Music Energy meters, Overview, History and IQ Training tabs, plus exercise modes for pushups, squats and plank.
During the review, the bot did not send a text menu after /start, but the OPEN APP button launched the mini app. The Telegram Web iframe could not load because ai-pushup-pro.vercel.app refused the embedded connection, so the same official host was reviewed directly in a mobile viewport. No Telegram auth URL was saved.
IQ Training is a short memory and concentration game where the app generates a random digit sequence and asks the user to repeat it without mistakes. Workout history was empty in this session, showing 0 records and a waiting-for-telemetry message.
The Nutri section presents a visual food scanner that says it can identify foods and ingredients, estimate macros, calculate calories and warn about hidden sugars and oils. The review did not start a workout, grant camera access, upload a food photo, create a clan, activate referrals or open payment. Treat the fitness and nutrition tools as app tracking, not medical advice.
