AntiHanScriptBot is a moderation bot for Telegram groups that automatically removes messages containing Han script characters. It is useful for communities that want to restrict specific writing systems or keep discussions in certain languages only.
Once added to a group and granted delete permissions, the bot scans incoming messages. If Han script characters are detected, the message is removed. The bot runs silently in the background and does not require continuous manual control.
The bot fits language-specific groups, technical communities, or any chat where Han characters are considered spam or off-topic. It complements Telegram’s built-in moderation tools with a narrow, character-level filter focused on script detection rather than keywords or user-based blocking.
