Inactive community tool for downvoting scam and Ponzi bots.
Monthly active users
Anti Ponzi League Bot is an inactive Telegram bot that was designed to coordinate community action against scam and Ponzi bots listed on Storebot. It targeted a specific problem: fraudulent bots staying highly ranked in third‑party catalogs despite user complaints and weak moderation.
The bot allowed Telegram users to anonymously contribute their Storebot rating power. Based on this input, it helped organize collective downvoting of bots identified as Ponzi schemes or as violating Storebot policies. The goal was to reduce the visibility of such projects and make the surrounding ecosystem less risky for ordinary users.
The bot is currently not running and its functionality is unavailable. It remains mostly of historical and research interest as an example of community-driven moderation tools in the Telegram bot ecosystem and early attempts to counter scam infrastructure using coordinated rating actions.
