Ban Warn Bot is a moderation tool for Telegram groups. It tracks how many times a member has been warned and automatically applies sanctions once a configurable limit is reached.
The bot maintains a warning counter per user. Group admins can define custom thresholds for when a member should be kicked or banned. By default, the bot kicks on the third warning and bans on the fourth, but these values can be adjusted to match the group’s rules.
When Ban Warn Bot is promoted to admin, it can autonomously remove or ban users who repeatedly violate the rules, reducing manual work for moderators. Commands are available to check a user’s warning history, issue new warnings, or clear existing ones if the situation changes.
The bot is suitable for active communities that need consistent rule enforcement and transparent tracking of violations. It does not define the rules itself but provides a structured mechanism to apply them reliably in busy group chats.
