Soulmate is a Telegram-based mini-application for dating and meeting new people, also known as “Душа рядом” (“Soul Nearby”). It helps users connect with companions, friends, or potential romantic partners. The app combines classic dating-app mechanics with unique features such as anonymous chat and personalized matchmaking algorithms. The focus is on comfortable communication, user safety, and privacy.
Launched in 2023, Soulmate has attracted 2.8 million users within two years, according to analytics data. It targets people aged 18–35 who are looking for friendships, conversations, or relationships. The interface is simple, allowing quick profile setup and easy discovery of matching users.
While Soulmate is not a traditional game, it includes gamified elements. Users earn points for actions such as completing their profile, daily logins, and sending gifts. Points can be redeemed for premium perks — for example, profile boosting or advanced filters.
On average, users receive 3–5 new contacts per week. A premium subscription for $4.99/month increases the like limit to 100 per day.
The user starts the bot @FaceMeet_bot, completes registration by providing age, interests, and relationship goals. The embedded mini-app then displays profiles matched by shared interests and location. User reviews indicate that the average time to receive the first like is around 5 minutes.
