Gear Runner is a Move-to-Earn GameFi experience built on the TON blockchain and delivered as a Telegram Mini App. Physical activity in the real world is linked to in-game progress and rewards in the $GEAR token.
The game is set in the year 2577, after severe environmental collapse. Players become high-tech warriors exploring virtual environments and working to regenerate Earth. Walking, running, or cycling translates into movement through digital locations, collecting lost technology fragments and vital energy.
Gear Runner combines fitness tracking, game progression, and a Play-to-Earn economy. Activity data is converted into in-game actions such as crafting, competing with other players, and upgrading the character. Tight integration with Telegram Mini Apps and the TON ecosystem makes it a self-contained Move-to-Earn environment inside Telegram.
