Kis-kis is a Telegram bot designed to “call” members of a group chat on demand. It works like a summoning tool for your community, helping you bring people back into the conversation when needed.

Core features

The bot can mention all members or only a subset: active users, inactive users, or a specific number of participants. This makes it useful for coordinating discussions, events, or quick check-ins without manual tagging.

Each user can set a personal emoji identifier so they are easy to recognize in the bot’s lists. Subscription to calls and opting out are controlled via simple text commands, themed around calling and shooing “cats”.

Community management

Group admins can clean up the call list by removing users who have already left the chat, keeping the database relevant. Once added to a group, the bot runs inside the existing chat workflow and focuses on one task: structured, configurable mass mentions of members for better group coordination.
