Telegram manages the account while Happ carries the connection
Leto VPN uses its Telegram bot as the control panel for subscription status, renewal, devices, shared access and support. The actual VPN configuration is delivered for Happ, with separate routes for iPhone and macOS, Android and Windows. The bot describes the service as suitable for Russian banking sites and foreign services, but this remains the provider’s positioning rather than a guarantee that every website will work. The interface is partly translated: plan descriptions are in English, while several account controls still appear in Russian.
Three plans mainly change the number of devices
Solo covers one device, Plus raises the limit to three, and Pro allows ten. All three are presented with unlimited traffic and access to the full VPN and bypass set. Pro additionally lists priority servers and priority support. The subscription panel also exposes the remaining term, device count, ruble balance and an auto-renewal switch, while Share access provides a way to use one account on another device.
Longer terms sharply reduce the monthly equivalent
Solo costs 320 rubles for one month, 570 for three months, 1,560 for one year or 2,160 for two years. Plus is priced at 490, 780, 1,920 and 2,640 rubles for the same periods. Pro costs 690, 990, 2,280 and 3,600 rubles. The lowest displayed monthly equivalent is therefore tied to a two-year commitment: 90 rubles for Solo, 110 for Plus and 150 for Pro. Earlier one-off promotions in the chat do not replace this current plan table and may expire.
The referral section is closer to an affiliate program
Leto VPN promises 50% of invited users’ payments, with withdrawals to a bank card available from a 3,000-ruble balance. Friends who buy at least three months also generate “sun rays” that can be exchanged in a reward shop. These incentives are separate from VPN quality and should not be treated as evidence of speed or reliability. Before paying or routing sensitive traffic, check the current refund, logging and data-retention rules with support: the main account menu does not surface a dedicated privacy document.
