BorderVPN has moved to a different bot
The BorderVPN link from the source queue no longer opens a working service. Its continuation is @LibreGate_Bot, now branded LibreGate VPN. Access to the menu is gated by joining the LibreGate channel and accepting the service rules. The unlocked bot includes balance, trial and plan controls, a promo-code field, referrals, support, information and language settings.
The trial is paid and deliberately small
The dedicated trial flow costs 10 RUB and provides seven days, 5 GB and one device, with a random choice between two servers. A separate purchase list also contains a 5 GB “Trial” plan starting at 59 RUB. Since the two offers appear on adjacent screens with different prices, the selected checkout terms deserve a final check before activation.
Wi-Fi access is separated from mobile data
The Home plan starts at 56 RUB for unlimited traffic on three devices, but it is explicitly described as Wi-Fi only. Mobile provides 100 GB for three devices from 265 RUB; Family lists 250 GB for eight devices from 664 RUB; Corporate lists 500 GB and 15 devices from 1,044 RUB. The corporate description says “up to 20 devices,” which conflicts with its card. A one-day option provides 3 GB for one device at 29 RUB.
The browser dashboard is useful but unevenly localized
The web account area combines subscription and balance management with support, news, referral statistics and a prize wheel. The wheel requires an active subscription and lists traffic, promo codes, balance, an empty result and subscription time among its outcomes. Switching the dashboard to English translates the navigation but leaves several plan names and descriptions in Russian. It also displays dollar prices while the Telegram bot quotes rubles.
Payment routes come with strict service terms
Balance top-ups are offered through Russia’s Faster Payments System and domestic cards via PayPear, foreign cards via Tribute, Telegram Stars, or cryptocurrency through CryptoBot. The FAQ states that refunds are unavailable and that uninterrupted operation for the full subscription period is not guaranteed. VPN availability can vary by network, region and client, so the final currency, device allowance and current service terms should be verified at checkout.
