Makhkets VPN is a Telegram bot for VPN access. Its public Telegram card presents the service in Russian as free internet without borders and lists support at telegram.me/makhkets, along with the channel telegram.me/makhkets_vpn.
After launch, the bot opens a freedom without borders menu. The visible feature list includes data encryption, a claimed speed of up to 25 Gbit/sec, device information in the channel and unlimited traffic. During the review, speed and connection quality were not measured, so these remain the service’s own claims.
The trial is described as the first 7 days with unlimited traffic and access to reliable servers. After that, the free tier provides 3 GB per day. The menu also includes options for VPN connection, buying unlimited access, referrals, devices, an own franchise section, the channel and support.
The paid unlimited screen shows three periods: 1 month for 150 RUB, 3 months for 350 RUB and 6 months for 650 RUB, marked as the main offer. The plan card lists full data protection, unlimited traffic and any devices. Payment, VPN connection, trial activation, config or key generation, referrals and franchise flow were not opened during the review. The devices screen showed 0/3 connected devices: 3 devices are attached by default, with options to buy extra devices or delete connected ones.
