The “SarRC Meter Readings” bot is the official Telegram interface of the Saratov Settlement Center for handling utility data. It focuses on submitting individual meter readings and interacting with billing information directly from the messenger.
Users link their personal account number and then can submit current readings for their utility meters. All actions are performed inside Telegram, which reduces the need for paper forms or visiting service offices.
The bot also supports basic payment-related operations. It allows users to see billing information and proceed to payment via integrated tools, depending on the provider’s setup. The service targets customers connected to the SarRC system and centralizes routine utility interactions in a single digital channel.
