MP3 Tools is a Telegram bot for lightweight audio and video editing directly in chat. It works with music tracks, voice messages, and regular video files, without any separate apps or complex interfaces.
Users can send an audio file or voice message and apply several operations: trim segments, change playback speed, adjust bass levels, and add an 8D-style immersive effect. Track metadata can be edited, including the title, and cover art can be replaced to better organize or prepare files for sharing.
The bot converts standard videos into Telegram video circles, making them more native for messaging. Any audio can also be transformed into a voice message format. All processing is done via simple file exchange with the bot, which returns the edited version as a new message.
