Description

A seller connects a separate bot rather than opening a ready shop

Ovixo is a Russian-language store builder that uses one service bot for administration and a separate Telegram bot for each customer-facing shop. The onboarding asks a seller to connect a store or provide an existing bot token; the demo opens as Ovixo Demo Store in another bot. This separation gives a business its own entry point, but it also makes the bot token a critical credential. It should be supplied only to the intended service and revoked through BotFather if access is ever in doubt. The official profile currently shows 70 monthly users.

The demo catalogue follows a familiar mobile-commerce pattern

The storefront opens with status, delivery note, search and category tabs such as All, Cakes, Cheesecakes and Bento cakes. Product cards combine a photograph, title, weight, price in Kazakhstani tenge and a quick-add button. A product page adds 1.2 kg and 1.6 kg variants, a longer description, ingredients and a horizontal recommendation rail. The cart keeps quantity controls, total price and more recommendations on one screen. It is a compact flow that works inside Telegram without sending the buyer to a conventional website.

Checkout turns a Telegram visit into customer data

The order form offers contact by phone or in Telegram, then asks for a phone number, delivery address and optional comment. Those fields are ordinary for delivery, but they make the merchant responsible for protecting contact and location data, defining retention periods and limiting staff access. Buyers also need to know whether choosing Telegram shares only a username or additional account details. The demo labels payment as non-charging; a real store can have different fulfilment and cancellation rules.

Card acceptance and mailings are promises, not documented terms

The official bot description advertises automatic card payments, product management from a phone and mailings to a customer base. The visible seller flow does not identify the acquiring provider, supported countries and currencies, fees, payout schedule, receipts, chargebacks or refund procedure. It also does not show consent and unsubscribe controls for promotional email. These details determine whether the tool is suitable for a real merchant more than the appearance of the demo catalogue does.

Public pricing is absent while the referral share is prominent

Neither the setup messages nor the demo storefront shows a subscription price, transaction commission, product limit or trial period. By contrast, the Telegram profile advertises a 25% partner reward from invited users' spending. That percentage describes the referral programme, not the merchant's net income or a guarantee that invited users will pay. Before moving a live catalogue, a seller should obtain the current tariff, export options, ownership of product and customer records, support response terms and a clear way to disconnect the bot.
