According to the developer, 104 individuals currently have access to the bot. The project is positioned as an exclusive tool, while users who need similar features with public availability are directed to the public bot @AutoGiftsBot.
The bot is created and maintained by @fe4ther (also referenced as @none). They are responsible for the core logic of automatic gift collection and the operation of this private instance.
