Postal is a Telegram bot for channel administration. It connects as a channel admin and operates within the permissions you grant, helping to manage content and interactions more efficiently.
To use the bot, add it as an administrator to your channel and enable at least the “manage messages” and “manage stories” permissions. With these rights, Postal can assist with routine moderation and content handling tasks, reducing manual work for channel owners and editors.
The project provides several entry points for information and feedback: an updates channel at @postal_inform, dedicated support via @postal_support, and a community group. Together they form an environment where users can track feature changes, report issues, and discuss practical use cases for channel management with the bot.
