Qlean is the official customer support bot of the Qlean cleaning service on Telegram. It connects users with human support agents instead of fully automated replies. The team handles incoming questions every day from 08:00 to 23:00 (Moscow time).
The bot is focused on communication, not on booking flows. Users can ask about existing or planned cleaning orders, clarify service conditions, report issues, or share feedback about the quality of work. Messages are queued and processed by human operators, which allows more context-aware responses.
At the start of the conversation, the bot confirms that the message has been received and will be answered during operating hours. By continuing the chat, users accept the service terms published on the Qlean website. The bot functions as a support entry point inside Telegram for those who prefer messaging instead of phone or web forms.
