Real Estate CRM Mini-App is a mobile-first CRM for real estate agents and agencies that runs entirely inside Telegram as a Mini App. It focuses on property, client and team management from a single interface on your phone.
The app stores detailed listings for apartments, houses, commercial properties and land. Each record can include multiple photos, pricing, area, room count, floor, deal status and owner contacts. Advanced filters and search help locate relevant properties quickly, while a map view provides geographic context.
Agents can maintain a structured client database with contact details, requirements, budget and lead source. The system tracks client status, viewings, feedback and comments. Properties can be matched automatically to a client’s request, and curated selections are shareable directly into Telegram chats via inline mode or public links with read-only property pages.
The service supports agency-level workspaces with role-based access (Owner, Manager, Agent). Owners and managers see the full picture, while agents may be limited to their own listings. A built-in task manager links tasks to clients or properties. Analytics dashboards show funnel metrics, agent performance and efficiency of lead sources. Existing data can be imported from Excel or CSV, with customizable dictionaries for property types and statuses.
