The bot replies with upcoming bus arrival times and route options, including transfers when needed. Saved favourites are available via /mybuses, allowing quick access to frequently used services and stops. Basic behaviour and preferences can be adjusted through /settings.
Bus Uncle also includes a light entertainment layer with the /joke command, adding casual conversation on top of the transport utility. The interaction model is text-first and command-based, which keeps the service accessible for both residents and visitors navigating Singapore’s bus network.
