文件解码器 is a Telegram bot focused on media code generation and decoding. It turns files into compact codes and restores the original media from those codes.
Users can send photos, videos and other media, including in bulk, to get unique sharing codes. These codes can be stored or forwarded instead of the original files, which simplifies distribution and reduces duplication in chats.
The bot supports multiple code formats, including legacy prefixes like vi_, pk_, p_, d_, as well as showfielsbot_. It is compatible with codes issued by other bots such as FilesPan1Bot and MediaBK5Bot, which makes it useful as a unified decoder.
A notable capability is handling protected media that normally cannot be forwarded in Telegram. Sending such content to the bot returns a version that can be accessed and shared without standard forwarding limits. The service is described as free with no usage caps, but warns that excessive automated use may be treated as abnormal activity, and it explicitly forbids inappropriate content.
