SkittBot is a fork of the well‑known moderation bot @BanhammerMarie_bot, extended with extra features and integrated meme support. It targets Telegram group admins who need reliable moderation while keeping a relaxed, playful atmosphere in the chat.
The bot automates common moderation tasks: banning and restricting users, cleaning up messages and enforcing basic group rules. Since it inherits much of the behavior and command structure from BanhammerMarie, existing users of the original bot can adapt quickly.
SkittBot adds a meme layer powered by @deletescape, so moderation events and interactions can be accompanied by humorous content. This reduces the need for separate fun bots and keeps group management and entertainment in a single tool.
New features and changes are announced in the @SkittBotAnnouncements channel, which serves as the main source of updates. The bot is activated with the /start command and then configured by group administrators according to the community’s policies.
