EX VPN is the current Telegram bot and Web App reached from the old @the231sbot link. After /start, the previous bot, titled TOP 1 VPN WITH WHITELISTS in Russian, says it has moved and offers a button to open a newer bot with improved features. That button leads to @extendvpn_bot.
The public card describes Extend VPN as a VPN service and lists support at @ExtendSupportBot. The start message mentions use cases for YouTube, banks and Telegram, games and streams without freezes, plus metro, city-center and parking scenarios. It also claims speeds up to 2000 Mbps, but those technical claims were not benchmarked during the review.
Inside the Web App, the Russian dashboard showed a 0 RUB balance, separate VPN and White Internet toggles, server status as Not selected, a Top up button, and Profile, Servers, History and Support sections. The profile showed an inactive subscription, VPN and White Internet off, 0 referrals, 0 RUB earned and 0/1 devices.
The Servers section listed the Netherlands, Germany and Great Britain. Some screens exposed a personal subscription ID or current location, so those details were not published. Top-up options were 1 day for 29 RUB, 30 days for 230 RUB and 365 days for 2070 RUB, with Vless and Stars or SBP payments. The trial, VPN connection, config creation, speed and final payment were not tested.
