Space Cartels is an economic turn-based game on Web3 set in the distant future. In this game, players act as cartel bosses, building empires through territory capture, resource trading, and constructing industrial facilities. The game is available via the mobile version of Telegram.
Setting
Space Cartels is a turn-based strategy with elements of an economic simulator. The action unfolds on harsh Planet X—a colony for prisoners—where players build their cartels, trade resources, capture territories, and develop industry to increase influence and wealth.

Gameplay
The game is divided into seasons, each lasting up to 21 turns. One turn takes about 8 hours, and gameplay requires roughly 15 minutes per turn. It employs a play-to-earn (P2E) model where players earn in-game currency—Dark Matter (DMT) tokens—that can be exchanged for real money. The more wealth you accumulate by season’s end, the higher your reward.
The internal currency “Amero” is given at the start of each season. To participate, a starter pack costing 1 DMT (equivalent to 1 USDC) is required, with a starting capital of 100 Amero. The goal is to multiply this capital by the season’s end. Developers emphasize that success depends on strategic decisions rather than investments; real-money purchases do not offer an advantage.
Tokenomics
DMT is the primary token for participation, which players can earn and withdraw in USDC equivalent.
SPC is an important token for future game versions and other Space Cartels ecosystem projects, with rewards available for staking.
Space Cartels supports NFTs, allowing players to buy, sell, and rent them to enhance their economy. The game uses the Polygon and Binance Smart Chain networks for asset operations.
